Standard Booking & Deposit Policy
Please Review Before Booking
By scheduling an appointment with The Braid Gallery ("The Braid Gallery"), you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below. These policies help us maintain an organized schedule and ensure fairness to all clients.
Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
- Deposits go toward the total cost of your service
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Deposits may be transferred once with at least 24 hours notice
Deposits are not transferable between clients or different services.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in loss of deposit
- All appointments are subject to a $50 cancellation fee
- Same-day cancellations may incur additional charges
This policy allows us to respect our stylists’ time and other clients.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be charged a $25 late fee
- Late arrivals may need to reschedule if there is not enough time to complete the service
- Services may be shortened to avoid delays for the next client
No-Shows
Failure to show up for your appointment without notice may result in:
- Loss of deposit
- Being charged up to the full cost of the service
Future bookings may require full payment upfront.
Service Adjustments
Please book the correct service when scheduling your appointment.
Braids Of Katy reserves the right to:
- Adjust or reschedule appointments booked incorrectly
- Apply additional charges if service time or complexity increases
This ensures we can give you the best results possible.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
- Arriving on time
- Selecting the correct service
- Providing accurate contact information
Failure to follow these policies may result in additional fees or appointment cancellation.
Acknowledgment
By booking an appointment, paying a deposit, or confirming your service, you agree to all policies listed above.
These policies may be updated at any time.
